done the work.
AG Analytics was founded by two Marquette graduates with hands-on experience inside Fortune 500 companies, financial services firms, and enterprise software teams.

Garrett is a finance and data professional who built AG Analytics to bring enterprise-level analytics capability to businesses that don't have a dedicated data team. His background spans corporate finance, supply chain analytics, financial modeling, and business intelligence — giving him an understanding of how data flows through an organization and where the gaps are that cost time and money.
His career has taken him through some of the most complex data environments in the Midwest. At Fortune Brands Innovation, he worked at the intersection of finance and supply chain — building the reporting infrastructure leadership relied on to track spend, monitor risk, and make real-time decisions. At Master Lock, he worked through M&A activity and full ERP integration across multiple business units. At Northwestern Mutual, he developed financial reporting tools that became department standards. He has also worked with the Milwaukee Admirals and supported consulting engagements across private equity-backed businesses.
Through AG Analytics, Garrett leads every client engagement from initial audit through final delivery, bringing a finance-first lens that ensures the systems we build connect directly to how business decisions actually get made.

Aleks is a software engineer and mathematician who handles the technical architecture behind AG Analytics' client builds. His focus is the infrastructure that makes data systems actually work at scale — databases, backend logic, system integrations, and the code that connects tools that weren't designed to talk to each other.
At Northwestern Mutual, Aleks works as a Software Engineer on enterprise-scale mainframe systems running z/OS. His day-to-day involves mission-critical software where reliability isn't optional — and that exposure directly informs how he designs solutions for AG Analytics clients. He also did an AI engineering internship at GlobiFYE, where he designed and deployed machine learning models to production using AWS, Node.js, and Python — giving him hands-on experience with the full lifecycle of taking an AI model from development to a live application. He has also built complete web platforms and data tools for Chamasoko.
Aleks graduated from Marquette University with a double degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. At AG Analytics, he leads custom app development, database design, API integrations, and any engagement that needs to be built from scratch rather than configured off the shelf.

Will Haggith is a senior finance executive with nearly two decades of experience leading financial planning, manufacturing operations finance, and commercial strategy across some of the most complex industrial and healthcare organizations in the country. He brings to AG Analytics a rare combination of enterprise-scale FP&A expertise and deep manufacturing floor-level financial intelligence — the kind of perspective that turns data systems into real business decisions.
His career spans GE Healthcare, where he spent over eight years in progressively senior finance roles spanning global supply chain, commercial operations, and global FP&A management. He went on to lead commercial finance at Kerry, serve as Manufacturing Controller at Master Lock through a period of significant operational change, and rise to Director of Manufacturing Operations Finance at Fortune Brands Innovations — where he and Garrett worked within the same organization. He has since served as Director of FP&A at Millennium Broadband Solutions and currently holds the same title at Global Power Components.
At AG Analytics, Will serves as our manufacturing and operations finance expert — bridging the gap between the systems we build and the financial realities our clients operate in. His involvement ensures that every engagement we take on in the manufacturing and industrial space is grounded in how finance and operations actually intersect at the leadership level.

Henry is a data engineer and applied mathematician who brings deep expertise in machine learning, statistical modeling, and production data pipelines. His background spans healthcare data engineering, financial analytics at a Fortune 500, and cutting-edge sports analytics research — and he applies that range directly to the problems AG Analytics clients face.
At HealthPartners, Henry works within Databricks building Python and SQL data pipelines, developing Streamlit applications, and automating business processes using technology and AI to improve patient care. Earlier at Fortune Brands Innovation, he automated financial reporting and built forecasting models in Tableau and SQL. He also co-founded Art of W.A.R Baseball Technologies, leading development of an R Shiny analytics platform and presenting machine learning research at the SABR Analytics Conference in 2024 and 2025.
Henry graduated from St. Olaf College with a degree in Mathematics, concentrating in Statistics, Data Science, and Engineering. At AG Analytics, he focuses on advanced data modeling, machine learning integrations, and engineering the data infrastructure that powers our most complex client builds.
