For Excel-based projects, this phase includes VBA automation and structured data models that eliminate manual steps.

We build the visuals, KPIs, and report layouts against your approved requirements. You receive regular check-ins during this phase so there are no surprises at delivery. Complex projects may include multiple dashboard views for different audiences — executive summary, operational detail, department-level breakdowns.

You review the full solution against the original requirements. We handle all revisions within scope, validate data accuracy against source systems, and confirm the automated refresh is working correctly in your environment before signoff.

We deploy to your environment, train your team on how to use and maintain the solution, and hand over full documentation. All source files, queries, and data model definitions are yours.

We document the exact workflow the app needs to replace or automate — who uses it, what inputs it takes, what outputs it produces, and how it connects to your existing data. We confirm the appropriate platform (Power Apps within M365, or a custom Python web app) based on your infrastructure, user count, and complexity.

Before writing a line of code, we build screen-by-screen wireframes and define the underlying data model. You approve the flow and structure before development begins — so revisions happen at the cheapest possible stage.

We build the app against the approved spec, including all form logic, data connections, user permissions, and workflow automations. For M365 projects, Power Automate flows handle approvals, notifications, and data routing. For custom builds, we handle backend APIs, database setup, and authentication. You receive progress check-ins at each milestone.

Your team tests the app in a staging environment against real scenarios. We fix any issues identified during UAT, confirm all integrations are working, and validate that the app handles edge cases cleanly before going live.

We deploy to production, train your team, and hand over all source code, documentation, and admin credentials. You own everything — there's no ongoing dependency on us unless you choose a retainer.

We build the pipelines that connect your sources into a unified, queryable data layer. This typically includes Oracle ERP connections, HRIS exports, finance data, and operational feeds — all normalized into a consistent schema. Complex projects may include a custom internal query app so your team can pull data without going through IT.

We validate the consolidated layer against source systems, confirm data accuracy across all connected feeds, and test the query layer or reporting tools against real business scenarios. Any discrepancies are resolved before handoff.

You receive full documentation of the data architecture, source connections, transformation logic, and any tools built on top. Your team is trained on how to use and maintain the system going forward.

We identify the specific workflow or task the AI agent will handle — document processing, data extraction, automated Q&A, workflow triggering, or system-to-system automation. We then select the right platform (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or ChatGPT) based on your existing environment, data sensitivity requirements, and what the agent needs to connect to.

We map the full agent workflow — inputs, outputs, decision logic, escalation paths, and system connections. This includes how the agent will interact with your ERP, CRM, M365 environment, or other tools via API. You review and approve the architecture before any build begins.

We build the agent — including all prompt engineering, tool definitions, API connections, and the wrapper logic that routes inputs and handles outputs. We connect the agent to your systems, test it against real data, and iterate until the outputs meet your accuracy and reliability standards. For Power Automate integrations, we build the surrounding flow logic at this stage.

AI outputs require more rigorous validation than traditional software. We test the agent against a broad set of real inputs — including edge cases, unusual formats, and adversarial inputs — and refine prompt logic and guardrails until performance meets the agreed standard.

We deploy the agent to your production environment, train your team on how to use and monitor it, and provide full documentation including the prompt architecture and integration specs. All code is yours.
